"Rich came to my house and did a thorough job of cleaning my house, deck, and walkway.  I was stunned at how well the deck cleaned up and it looked brand new!  I had mold on the north side of my home and it is now gone!  Rich was a diligent, hard worker and stayed until the job was finished.  He was here for 6 1/2 hours, making sure that everything looked great.  I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to pressure wash their home.

Increases livable area and enhances aesthetic, often boosting property appeal.

Cold temperatures can make your deck boards contract. If they don’t contract evenly, they can put pressure on the deck screws and cause them to pop out, making a noticeable sound. Winterizing your deck can help prevent this from happening.

It is possible to pressure wash your deck, but it’s usually best to leave the work to a professional for two main reasons. First, power washers are expensive, and you can avoid high upfront costs by hiring a deck washing pro instead. Second, you must be careful to use the correct setting to avoid damaging your deck material. You can only clean soft woods like pine with a wide spray and a low pressure; otherwise, the water will leave unpleasant marks on your deck. Hard woods, composite material, and metal can stand up to increasingly higher water pressures.

Yes, and in some cases, frozen ground may improve the digging process for footings due to sturdier conditions. It’s easier than working in muddy conditions, which are more common in the spring. Contractors may use machinery that makes this step a breeze, so harder ground shouldn’t affect the building process.
