I offer thorough yet affordable home and commercial inspection services including written and verbal inspection reports, Free 90 or 120 day warranties, Free lifetime enrollment in RecallChek (appliance safety recall service,) and an industry leading "We'll buy your home back" guarantee which simply states that if I miss anything during your inspection, even something as small as a $10 GFIC receptacle, I will have your house bought back from you, at the full purchase price, so you have nothing to lose. My services also include: lead testing and abatement, mold testing, radon testing, indoor air quality and water quality testing. I am fully insured and in the process of obtaining my residential builders license. I am InterNACHI certified #13090706 with an IAC2 certification in both Radon and Mold as well as a former journeyman carpenter local #687. BEWARE: He never provided any inspection report! Was stuck with no inspection and no time to do anything about it. He never answer and Phone calls, texts, emails after he got his money. total ripoff
Description of Work: John was called to do a home inspection, he was paid $250... Do not provide service!!
