He spent time checking out the roof, did a number of small repairs, and then provided us with a detailed description of what he found and what he fixed. At a later date he spent time with us discussing the quote and materials and closed by saying that the roof still had a couple of years of life before we would NEED to replace it. I appreciated his honesty! That quote and his contact info are in our files!

I was very pleased with their work. Eric was always available when we had questions or concerns .They started their job when they promised & finished quickly. They protected all our windows & plants & cleaned up after they finished. We had a few problems with our gutters & Eric promptly fixed them!

The idea is we are going to get another six years on our roof. To replace the roof was going to be $65,000. To get six years of life is what he guess, for a thousand dollars, sounded pretty good. I would use them again.

I question how thorough the inspection was. The representative from Paramount nailed down 1 loose shingle but missed a major area with several shingles that needed to be nailed down. He said that I needed repairs on atleast the peak and would email a quote. It has been 3 weeks and still no quote.

We cannot adequately describe what a wonderful experience we had. Eric was repairing another neighbors roof when he saw one of our roof vents tear loose. He offered to put tarp over the areas that were damaged. We contacted our insurance and Eric met with the adjuster within days. They agreed on the work needed. Eric's crew arrived and were able to complete all the work needed in two days. The crew was professional and cleaned up each day. Eric was on site a number of times to make sure everything was being done as we expected. The entire experience was stress free. We highly recommend Paramount. You will not be disappointed if you hire them.

When I purchased the roof review and repair , I was asked on line to give several dates I could be available for them to come. I gave them three or four days in the next week that I could be available. They never contacted me till more a week later. The contact came in the form of an email asking me when I could be available!! We finally scheduled an appointment more another week in the future. The day of my appointment came and they never showed up. The next day I found an email that they wrote the day before saying that they had to cancel my appointment because of weather. When I finally got hold of them they rescheduled slmost two weeks in the future. We were now more then a month from my original contact to Angie's List. I got a call from them a few days before saying that the repair man would be at my home at 9:00 am. The day of my appointment it was after 9:30 before he arrived. He said they were supposed to give me a window between 9:00-10:00 am. The office specifically told me he would be there at 9:00. Once he arrived, he worked quickly and was done in about 15 minutes. Because of all of the difficulty scheduling and their lack of good communication, I would not recommend them.

Great. The pounding rains (2 inches/hr) will tell 4 sure. Was told to call them back if any problems.

Roof tech John was outstanding. Very professional and efficient. Looked over roof and did small repair. I would hire these guys again for any roof work. Very happy with scheduling and work performed.

We were told that they could only apply a temporary fix and that they would quote a more complete repair. We have yet to receive a follow up quote or call. We are now pursuing other roof repair companies.

Fine, they had to reschedule several times because of the wind storms in March.
