Keith at Ryder is amazing. He really knows his stuff. We got both perimeter cameras from Keith and a Brinks security system. Keith installed it in now time and the cost was minimal. Well worth every penny.

Unfortunately, billing is charged by Ryder and not Alarm.com, so if nobody returns my call tomorrow, I guess I'll have to call my credit card company to stop the billing and cancel my subscription.  Horrible customer service.  There has to be a better company out there...I'll be looking for one tonight.

Ryder installed a video security system at my home which involved switching alarm companies from ADT to Monotronics, about neither of which I have a complaint. Ryder, however, is another story. While the installers were competent and courteous, the system, installed 3 years ago, has never worked properly. Ryder responded fairly promptly to repeated complaints over the past 3 years but the system has never worked right. The recording device has crashed several times and the turn around time to fix the recording device has taken months every single time. Internet access touted during the sales pitch has never been available. I'm currently in the process of replacing the entire system thus duplicating the cost I incurred three years ago.
