They send out a notice for the shots when the dogs are due their shots. We have two dogs. They get them at different times because they are a year apart in age. I am very happy with them. We have been using them since we moved here in 2008. They are downtown about 3-4 miles away. We have not had any problems there with the dogs. They don't go at the same time because they are on different schedules.

The veterinarian is Roose Animal Hospital. We have 2 dogs. I love Roose Animal Hospital. They are just so receptive. Every time I have a problem, I get them in and they take care. They are really good and the doctor there, she is just really super. She is very personable. She is down to earth. She likes to work with us. She is just really super. A couple of years ago we had another dog that was really up in age and she did a really super job helping us through putting that dog down. We will absolutely continue to use them in the future.

He is great with animals. We have always been happy with the service.  My daughter is very happy there. With regard to price, he is very competitive.

Roose Animal Hospital is where I take my pets as they are close to me, their hours of service and the professionalism is why we go there.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The last visit to the Hospital was in January and the service Cost about $300

I am very happy with them. The price is reasonable. I go to Dr. Knight and whenever I have a problem, I just call. They have a great follow through and they are always available when I need them. They know me by name.

Veterinarian was gentle with our dog, did a thorough exam and threw in a free nail trimming. Staff is friendly and good with animals. Would be nice to have some later hours after work but other than that a very good experience.

We are new to the area and after receiving two positive recommendations, I made an appointment for an annual check-up for my nearly 14 year old Brittany. The staff was courteous and professional. Dr. Roose was kind, patient, thorough, and professional with me and my dog.

They checked the stool specimen and drew blood to check for heartworm. This was a technician visit but the veterinarian came and asked how my dog was doing and if there were any problems.

On another visit when my dog was seriously ill the treatment was the best and they were genuinely concerned. They called the next day to check on how my dog was doing and told me to call if I had any questions or problems.

I'm very pleased with the care my dog receives and couldn't ask for more.

The first time we thought we had an appointment, there was no record of it. So we made another one and came back the following week. The office is very spacious and clean. It never felt crowded or over-run with animals as can sometimes happen at other animal hospitals. The staff is friendly and helpful. While we were waiting for the vet, a vet tech interviewed us regarding their health histories and what we wanted done today. It felt a little awkward because it seemed like making decisions about what we wanted should have been discussed with the vet, which is in fact what we did. So we did it twice. The vet we saw took her time to talk with us about our dogs, their health histories and and recommendations for tests, medications etc. She was very friendly and competent. Will definitely want to see her again. She was great with the dogs and never even asked about muzzling them when drawing blood. The only reservation I have is in regards to the price. It was kind of a shocker. At our old vet in another state, this would have been about a $500 visit.

I like this vet although they are a bit higher in price than others and only trim nails and clean the dog's glands if you specifically ask them to. The staff are nice and relate well to the animals.
