UPDATE: Larry was clearly in touch with my ex-husband on Facebook and Linkedin . I just received a LinkedIn invite from him and I am not a Realtor. He told me to go see my ex-dentist in Plymouth , not for a dental exam. I have known him my entire life. What does Larry know about my personal life ? ??? Ethical professionals do not mention medical providers. He is on LinkedIn with people I know according to the email received . I replied to leave me alone on websites and asked what he knows about my ex-dentist. He would not answer. People answer truthfully if they have nothing to hide.
Great experience buying and selling homes from 1990 - present. By far the best Realtor I've ever worked with. I can't think of a single complaint. Even compared to professionals in other fields, Larry is at the top.
He has given me advice on sales and purchases out of town, where he had no commission due to him on those deals. That's how dedicated he is to his clients!
Now is the a different market that most of us have ever seen. Larry understands and communicates every bit of information you need to know and even things that you wouldn't think to ask.
Larry also has resources, such as mortgage professionals, appraisers, inspectors, etc. Anyone you need.
Larry is by far, the hardest working man in Real Estate!
