Mr. Sarkissian came on time, was very professional, went over his findings with me orally, answered all of questions, and sent me a comprehensive report which detailed the problems with photos and possible solutions.

We contacted DTE as our air went out. PSI was out fast and fixed our unit. We did have them price out a furnace repair that was very high.
