I needed to have a diamond reset that fell out of my wife's ring. They told me a couple days, but called me that same afternoon to tell me it was finished. I prefer dealing with local jewelers rather than the big retail chains. The dealer I previously dealt with has retired so I will be going back to Plymouth Jewelry for any of my future needs.

Jewelry was repaired very well. Quoted the price a lot higher than true cost. Glad it wasn't super expensive.

The work done was excellent. My ring looks like new again. I will definitely return to them for any jewelry repairs I may have in the future and highly recommend them.

They had misprinted my phone number on the ticket, so did not get immediate follow up about the progress of my rings.  However, they took care to match the stone and both my wedding band and engagement ring were beautifully polished.

I received a phone message on the appointed day to say the earrings were ready for pickup.  The clasps were good as new with new 14k gold clasps that work properly.  They were cleaned and shined as new.  I am happy with the job.

I went to a few jewelry stores to get some special diamond earrings for my wife's special birthday. While a downtown jeweler made promises but did nothing, Plymouth Jewelry took action, called to keep me informed and went above and beyond to locate EXCELLENT matched diamonds at a reasonable price. The other store promised to contact me within a couple days, but never even had the common courtesy to call back. Maybe they were too busy having coffee next door? They did a very nice job and explained the process and the potential limitations. They performed the task in the time frame they said they would and they called when it was completed.

an They were happy to explain what would be done to my ring and why.  They gave good advice about sizing it slightly larger since it is winter and my fingers will likely be larger in the heat and humidity of summer.  The work was done on-time and cost slightly less than I was originally quoted.  My ring looks great!

They were very helpful and cooperative and did a beautiful job.  I've also had them do many repairs for me, sometimes leaving very large diamond stones in their possession with no misgivings at all.  I now take all of my jewelry to them for any types of work I need done. I've found them to be very honest.
