They are okay. They don't go out of their way but it is not a horrible place to go to. It is kind of convenient and close. Their oil change, if you have their credit card, is actually a pretty good deal. I had some issues with them when I bought some tires and had them installed. I work for Continental and we get our tires on an employee discount. There was a tpms sensor in the wheel, and when I took the tires in, they just took it out because the valve was no good but they didn't offer to put in another sensor. It was really kind of an unpleasant experience. The pricing was okay for installing valves and two tires. I did ask them to give me back one of the old tires but I never got it back. I only went in there because one of the back tires had a bulge in it, and it still had some good tread on it, but I replaced two tires when I could have replaced one since I got them at a good deal. I would use them in the future but just for oil changes though.

Pilgrim found and installed a used replacement transmission with a 2 year warranty for my 2000 Dodge Van after my rebuilt AAMCO transmission failed again. It was a bit costly, but they found a pull from a salvage vehicle with less than 15,000 miles on it and they had me back up and running again in 3 days. Since then, I've had my other vehicles in for service there as well.
