Great experience. The home is a  story and a half.  Everything from the quote to the finished job went very well.  They were always punctual, the crew was great. They suggested window wells for the basement and waited while I went to purchase them.  They then installed at no additional cost.  Also removed a section of fence and replaced it.   No problem when I wanted to make a slight change in the design.  Lots of good suggestions.  Just a pleasure to work with.  We will use them for our own home in Northville in the near future.

Bob, the sales manager, spent a lot of time with me describing my window options, how they work, and giving me various price packages. We decided to go with the Polaris Ultraweld vinyl windows for the front of the house (we will probably phase in the remaining windows with Nu-View over the years). Because of my personal schedule, there was a long delay from Bob sales call to my actual commitment and I appreciate the no-haggle approach by Bob during this time. Once I gave the go-ahead, it took about a month for the windows to come in and then a day to install. Nu-View was very clean and professional during the installation. I liked having it be a one man job versus 20 guys descending on your house. The windows have been working great so far and I look forward to having them throughout the house.
