For the protection of the homeowner and accountability for all staff, you will be assigned the same crew at each visit.

We provide weekly, and move in/move out cleanings. We specialize in deep cleanings for homes that need extra attention and spring/fall cleanings; this service is priced per hour and routine visits are priced per job. We are insured for inside the home only., bi-weekly, monthly, one time only

They do an amazing job and they bring all of their own cleaning products which are organic. They do use my vacuum which I like. My hardwood floors have never looked better. The kitchen and bathrooms are spotless. The house always feels so clean after they come which is a huge improvement from my last cleaning lady. I would highly recommend them!

Our house was always well cleaned, but they really beat up our vacuum cleaner and baseboards. I also had to specifically ask every time I wanted the pet hair vacuumed from the couch. Overall, pretty good, but I will hire someone else for my new house.

The first time, they failed to vacuum my furniture per our agreement. I decided to give them another chance. The second time, they not only failed to vacuum the cat hair from the ottoman sitting smack dab in the middle of my living room, but they broke one of 3 plates hanging on my kitchen wall. They got rid of the broken dish (no evidence) and left a note that it wasn't their fault. Now I have a very large gash in my wood kitchen floor. Worse, they never did anything to compensate me. I sent Nicole photographs of the gash and the ottoman. Made no difference.

"We take full responsibility for not vacuuming the ottoman at both visits. We did discuss the problem finding a repair person to fix a 1"gouge in wood floor, I was still looking when the crew came out for your third and last visit. When the third service happened and the ottoman wasn't vacuumed again, I understood that you were angry, especially because I told you I would be there to make sure ottoman was vacuumed and I wasn't able to be there. I tried to discuss further about your floor but was told you were not going to pay the $225 bill due to me not being there and you did not want to do business with us anymore. That left me with the impression that you felt a free cleaning was compensation for your troubles. If you want to discuss further, please call our office."

The two young ladies that cleaned the house were very nice. The owner actually came to the house as well and helped one of the young women that was cleaning upstairs. They were very professional and did a fantastic job. I would certainly recommend this company to everyone. I will use them again in the future.

Pretty quiet, not a lot of chatting between the cleaners. I liked the fact that they used my vacum cleaner. Otherwise, they supplied everything. When they were done the house looked great and smelled great.
About 15 minutes late. However they did call saying they would be a little late, which I appreciated.
I don't need a bi-weekly cleaning and like the fact that I can call them as needed.

Overall, my experience with them has been very good. They have done a great job for me. They charge $80 every two weeks for the condo. I have never been home when they have come out to do the work, but they have always come as planned every couple of weeks. I have had a couple of phone conversations with them, and they were nice to talk to, but apart from that we have not discussed anything much. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future; in fact, they were giving me an estimate last morning for housecleaning in the new house.

Price to change one bed was included in bi-weekly charge. Other three beds were each an additional charge. Would not wash outside glass in front door or glass in front storm door. Consequently, front doors never looked clean after job was completed. Owner stated that cleaners would provide some services such as wipe woodwork on a periodic basis, but this was not done. Staff changed frequently in the last six month period. Quality of work deteriorated rapidly. Cleaners did not inform me that my vacuum was broken. I discovered by chance and realized why house was getting dirtier and dirtier.
