It went OK--cost was shocking. Six months before service call cost $175.00 for zone valve problem. Bryant boiler is 17 years old.

Did initial service call to find problem. Checked and found a burnt out heat exchanger. Also checked SN and found it should be covered under warranty. Their efforts saved me thousands of dollars!

The serviceman arrived within 20 minutes of my call. He was cordial and worked quickly. He diagnosed the problem, corrected it and noticed that the humidifier ran constantly. He rewired the humidifier properly. He did not mind that I was observing the work he was doing. He explained the different parts and how to read repair codes on the furnace. The furnace was working within an hour. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

This is the 2nd time I've used this provider. They replaced my AC system a year or 2 ago. I feel very comfortable using them.

Keeth AC did a thorough professional job on our air conditioning system. Our system is a SpacePak system that is about 18 years old. They were not the original contractor, but they are an authorized SpacePak contractor.
They came out to do an estimate, letting us know that the old condensor/compressor was shot. They also surveyed the whole system and said that we really needed about 4 more ducts to make the system work better. Adding more ducts was consistent with the evaluations done by other SpacePak contractors that we had quote the job.
When we scheduled the work with Keeth they asked for two full days. It actually only took half of one day. I would prefer this compared to the opposite!
Three very professional employees came out to do the work. They were polite, kept me informed of their work, and cleaned up after themselves.
The AC system now works fine, and is better than before. The added ducts distribute the air better and the system is quieter.
I would not hesitate to use Keeth AC again.

The estimator (Mel) made some good suggestions on the type of unit that would best serve our home.  Listened to the problems we had had in the past with our old air conditioner.  Made some suggestions on how we might improve the overall air flow through our house that was unrelated to selling me an AC unit.  He was able to quote me a price that was $800-1000 less than other companies I had come out.
The installation crew was very polite, showed up on time, reviewed with me the plan for the work, and made a couple of recommendations on where to locate the new AC units and associated lines that made a lot of sense.  Completed the work in about 3 hours. Walked me through how to program the new thermostat and maintenance.  Answered all questions I had and cleaned everything up after the job was done.  Completed all work for the quoted price.

Brett and Tim came to install it. They removed a wall (no extra cost) very cleanly in order to access the furnace. The shop did not have electricity due to a storm, so they bought a generator in order to make the right metal pieces for our system. They worked cleanly and conscientious. They repaired ducts that were messed up by a duct cleaning company. Their price was 50% what we were quoted by AAA Dunlap. I felt like they went out of their way to do a good job.

Apparently there was water in the exhaust pipe and the water would not let the furnace start. They adjusted the pipe so it would drain. I do not think it is a permanent fix - that is a lot of money when I have no assurance that it will not happen again.

The cleanout work was performed on 11/26/12, and the humidifier valve work was performed on 12/3/12.  The same serviceman performed both jobs.  He's cheerful and knows his stuff.

A friend and fellow Plymouth resident recommended Keeth Heating and Cooling. The Keeth company sent a tech out to review and he refilled our system. It worked marginally better for a while then stopped working all together. We asked them to return and check it out again. ON the second trip the did a very thorough job of debugging the system. They found the problem and resolved and it and restored the unit to good working order. While investigating the problem they found a couple of other small issues that they fixed and the system works better than it ever had.
While we were a little put out by having to have them come out a second time, however they did not charge us a service fee for the return visit, and definately fixed the system. Perhaps it took a full system failure to determine the root cause and that us acceptable to us. Once the system was fixed the service man did a follow up with my wife to make sure everything was working properly.
We'll continue to use Keeth in the future.
