Workmanship surpassed expectations and did not need to oversee his work during the process. Arrived on time and worked late into the day at times to complete a project. When unable to finish at the end of the day, he meticulously cleaned up his work area and put away tools and materials leaving the area completely clean.
Provider consulted with me concerning my preferences before commencing work. Did not cut corners by using inferior products or supplies and provided sound recommendations for improving door insulation and paint.
However, when trying to schedule follow up work after-the-fact, he does not return calls, even if it is to not accept or explain.

The contract specified a start and end date. All was handled in record time and with the BEST results. Every aspect from arrival time to completion of each segment of the project was handled in a very professional manner. Calls were returned promptly, questions answered and any change needed was discussed and explained well beforehand. Couldn't be happier with the end result. Would hire Jacob Lee Homescapes for any project...large or small!
