There was a rebate that is why I had the work done there. . However I sent my rebate I. And they say they. Never received it so it cost me 40 dollars more for the service than it should have.

At 7:30 AM, the Service Advisor, Mr. Jerry Patterson, told me that replacing the Fuel Pump Module could take a good part of the day, since I had an Explorer vehicle. Many parts had to be removed to get at the Fuel Pump Module. Jerry recommended that I take the courtesy shuttle bus back home. When the Explorer was ready, Hines Park Lincoln would call me, and they would send the shuttle bus to take me back to the dealership. By 10:30 AM, I received the telephone call. By 11:00 AM, I was back at Hines Park Lincoln to pick up my Explorer. The repair was done in record time, and there were no problems. Since this repair was covered under Warranty, there was no charge to me. I highly recommend going to Hines Park Lincoln for getting a new or pre-owned vehicle, and for all service work.

Dropped the car off and was driven home. Parts had to be ordered so I didn't get the car back for another day. No problems with the work done, car was washed and clean before I picked it up. Also, because I had purchased this car used from a Ford dealership in Ohio, I asked Hines park to try and give me some kind of report of what repairs and service were performed on this MKT. They gave me a complete rundown of the car, right from day one. All in all, a very good experience and I'll go back for future repairs and service.

I took my 2008 Ford Escape to the Hines Park Lincoln body shop in August 2012, which is actually located on Haggerty about a mile south of their dealership. There was damage to the back passenger door due to a minor accident. After getting appraisals at two other local, well-rated body shops, I walked in to their shop about 10 minutes before closing. The staff at Hines Park was friendly and promptly did an appraisal. Hines Park beat the other two about 20% and 50%. They completed the work at the appraised cost and on time. In addition, they touched up (with paint) a few other non-related scratches on the car for free and even vacuumed the car. Finally, I had no way to pick up the car when it was finished, so I called Hines Park and they sent someone to pick me up. The next time I need body work, I will definitely be going to Hines Park.
