Carpet Cleaning
I was not happy with the service. The technician was able to come out last minute which was nice. Three people came out for the service. They told me they would move most of the furniture to make sure they cleaned most of the carpet. I figured they would be able to move the couch but the owner told me that would take them hours if they started moving everything. He was pretty abrupt and I think their customer service could have been better. I walked him through the areas that were important to clean. I do no think he replayed that to the technicians who came to do the job. They lacked attention to detail. I would not use this company again.
