Don's Small Engine Repair

Jeff was very helpful with explaining the repair I needed to have done on the snowblower wheel. I also needed a screw for my lawnmower and he was able to look it up for me on the computer with my model number and help me to get the correct screw. Would definitely recommend them and use them again!

Did carpet through entire house. They did a good job. Were unable to get every stain, but that is to be expected. The carpet was less wet then other services before which was nice. They were unable to clean furniture because chemicals could damage colors.

Was done a week before they said it would be.

Took a bit long for repair and they added an item that wasn't necessary. Electric start still wouldn't work but manual start worked well. A bit on the expensive side.

Carburetor was fixed and mower is working fine. I was quoted a week for repair, had not heard from them, stopped by and they told me what was wrong and how long it would be to repair. I gave my permission to perform the repair expecting a call when it was complete. I had to call to find out the repair was complete. Service was good just lacking communications on repair status. I would use them again.

Very business-like but certainly friendly enough. My first visit (based on Angie's List reviews). We done a day sooner than promised, during a very busy season. Mower started right up today, no problems.

They have been in business for over 20 years. Small mom/pop shop with excellent customer service!

We took it in. We already changed the spark plugs and when they said they will look at it and they wrote everything down on the contract that we changed the spark plugs to look what the problem was. I remember when they called back, that was their technician that they are complete with it. They did the tune up. They changed the spark plugs and I asked why because we already have new spark plugs and so that was strange. Then at the end of the season something wasn't done underneath where the gas ran out. My husband checked it and had to screw it on correctly. I guess their price was comparable to others.

Don is just superb. He always knows exactly what is wrong and how to fix it. He comes to my house to pick it up and drops it back off for me. He is always on time and I definitely recommend him.
