Absolutely do not use this company.This company was used to install and monitor a home monitoring system in our house.  While we were away the system faulted and triggered a medical alert, which was sent to the fire department and since no one answered the door, they had to break down the back door to gain entry to the home to make sure there wasn't an actual medical emergency.When we contacted the company about it first thing monday morning, we received a response at 6:30pm blaming us for not answering our phone and the fire department for breaking down the door.  They couldn't even tell us why an alert was sent, they said maybe the power went out or something, but to diagnose the issue they would have to send someone out and bill us for it.  They could give no assurance that this wouldn't happen all over again, and refused to assist in any way besides charging us more.  We trusted this company as the expert to install and monitor a system to protect our home, which instead ended up costing us a lot of money as the door, frame, trim all need replaced.There is a reason this company doesn't have good reviews.  We consulted with another company who was dumbfounded by their response.  Do your self a favor and avoid this company, they do not look after their customers and clearly do not install reliable products.

Lou was really great. Very patient, explaining everything in detail. He gave great recommendations and though I spent a lot more than I had first anticipated, I feel confident that I made the right choice purchasing the recommended alarm modules. Lou took a lot of time explaining options, and giving a formal orientation on the existing alarm system before he sold us any upgrades. The old owners did not do much with their alarm which left us to complete the system. The work of the team was very good quality. Lou himself showed up to review, and upon walking through noticed several things that were not finished or finished but not to his level of quality. Without any persuasion from me, he simply made notes and addressed the issues. In addition to this, Lou gave us several things in the bargain, including a new siren, an upgraded alarm brain to support more zones, an external LED light upgrade, and more. He was awesome, a good guy and definitely made me feel more secure and more informed about alarm systems; and best of all I didn't feel any pressure to buy anything. He was completely professional and patient. Highly recommended.

I have been very pleased with them. It's a monitor so it calls in to a company and they dispatch the police. I can't pull the alarm. It is a good system. This system was installed 30 years ago and I have upgrade on this system.
