Excellent work. Painters were professional and skilled. They took great care in the quality of the job. I hated the idea of hiring someone to do the work but I was literally surprised with the results. It wasn’t supposed to be that good and easy!

Manny, our painter, was extremely efficient. He completed the job well under the time estimate given to me. He was also very neat. He even went out of the way to think about new switch plates, which is something I hadn't considered. The basement looks great!

This company came highly recommended by my coworkers. They all stated what a fantastic job they did, so my husband and I hired them. Matt originally came to the house and was fantastic. We explained what we wanted done and asked a lot of questions. We decided to do our project in phases - thank GOD we decided to go that way with what transpired once the painter arrived at our home. Apparently they sent out a painter that "came highly recommended to them" however I am not sure how they possibly checked his quality of work prior to hiring him. I had wall paint on my ceiling, I had uneven lines in my ceiling, I had trim that was not painted, trim that had drip marks of paint, doors that had drip marks of paint (which still do after trying to fix it) and I have a ceiling full of roller lines (there were NO roller lines previously). Upon the supposedly "completion" of the project the owner of the company came out and said he would fix things, but did say I had a "magnifying glass on the ceiling" and I was "being to picky" - seriously?! They sent the same painter out to supposedly repair the terrible job he originally did - at which point, my husband called the company and said I don't want him messing up any more. I have heard every excuse in the book as to why the quality of the paint job was so poor - from you insisted on a certain type of paint, to I'm being to picky, to the painter needs to learn how to paint a job correctly. I was also told, "well, on phase 2 we will send out a better crew". They did offer a slight refund - which is not needed, what is needed is for the job to be done correctly. They did send out "the fixer" in to fix most of the issues, however the ceiling remains a wreck as they have stated "I'm not spending any more money on your ceiling". Unless you ask which crew is doing the work, and ask to see a previously completed project in person to make sure they paint to how you want it, I would NOT recommend CertaPro.

CertaPro did an absolutely outstanding job painting the entire interior of my home. Matt was extremely professional and his customer service was excellent. He understood the project and made it happen. His team got the job done quickly and with a very high level of quality. Not only was the paint job top notch but the clean up was expertly done. I had this job done to prep the house for sale and I believe it will move so much faster now that Matt's team has been through. I will for sure use them in the future and highly, highly recommend them.

The finishing product is beautiful. The painters were knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. The only issue I have is that they said it could be done in 1 day and it ended up being three days. Granted, I did need some repairs done on the walls, but that should have been included in the estimate. Overall I am happy with the ending results.

Great job - very punctual, did an excellent job assisting with paint colors. Repair work on wood was well done, and they tried to save us money at any possible turn. Did a great job of keeping us informed of progress and any potential issues. Highly recommend.

Everything was completed in less than 2 full days of work. Jeff and Willie showed up each day when they said they would. They got right to work and did a great job. Walls, ceiling and trim were bid for two coats. With carpet installation in mind, Jeff put one coat of trim on the baseboards and is coming back after the carpet goes in to put the second coat on to cover the inevitable marks from the carpet installers. A small error was made in estimating the required amount of paint for the job. I wanted to pay for the extra gallon of paint needed but the franchise owner, Jim Zandee, refused to allow me to do that, stating that it was his error. When doing the estimate, Jim was upfront and told us that he would most likely not be the low bidder, but that he provides quality service. I was the high bidder (by only $50.00), but his presentation to us was by far the most superior and he delivered what he promised. If you want a quality job, you sometimes have to go with the higher bidder.

First of all I filled out a response online and they very rarely returned my calls. I gave them an F rating for Certa Pro themselves because what they do is they contract the work out. The contractors they had here were ok. I had to actually point out some boards that were rotten and they said they weren't. Certa Pro said they would call me and they never did. Poor communication over all. It took them roughly about a week. They could improve upon communication.

This was the 2nd time Dan painted in my home. Last year he refinished my kitchen cabinets. He is a phenomenal painter. There were issues with the type of finish on the ceiling as well as the walls but he figured it out. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work and customer service.

Outstanding. Jim Zandee provided very detailed explanations and quote. His staff did a very good job of providing updates for timing of work to be done. William was very thorough in prep work. He and his crew were always on time, polite, and conscientious, Excellent job caulking, priming, and painting.

Certa Pro of Plymouth was unprofessional on every level. Don't let those shiny yellow binders fool you! They hire contractors and rush jobs and blame you for having an old house if the project isn't finished correctly- and it won't be finished correctly because, again, they hire contractors and rush jobs. They threatened us with lawyers when we attempted to negotiate the price on the shoddy job they did on our interior paint. Do not hire Certa Pro of Plymouth.
