Vacuum Cleaners
This job took way too long to do. We were originally told it would be about a week. As we were leaving on vacation the next day we saw no problem. They called the following Tues. to say that the part had to be ordered and the vacuum cleaner would be ready in about 4-5 days. No problem - we are on vacation. But meanwhile, they said, they have other kinds of vacuums that we could buy since ours is so old and is it worth putting money into an old vacuum. Yes, we said. We like it. And we don't want to pay for a new one right now. They said they had payment plans. We don't need payment plans - we pay for everything as we go. So home from vacation and call to find out what is going on. It will be a few more days. Oh well. Wait a few more days and call again. The part hasn't been ordered. Sigh! Call again - distributor hasn't sent part yet. Really?? At this point we are ready to give it up and take our old vacuum cleaner back. But meanwhile the store keeps trying to talk us into buying a more expensive new one. No thank you we keep saying. But yours is so old they say. We like it! When we say that we will just forget it, the distributor amazingly has sent the part and the vacuum will be ready in a couple of days. So a month later we get our vacuum cleaner back, good as new, and not as expensive as a new one. It took only three weeks longer than stated! And we will not buy a vacuum cleaner from this dealer when ours finally goes to vacuum cleaner heaven.

Vacuum Cleaners
They've always done a good job for us. They work on vacuum and they sell vacuum. There's no confusion when you go in there. They'll give you more information about specific purchases like that. They keeps track on most of that stuff. They do what they said they were going to do. I would recommend them to people. Most of the time they have a coupon deal. Their prices are competitive but they are not always the best.

They sell vacuum cleaners and sewing machines, and they are reasonable. They do a great job. The repair price depends on what I am having fixed. They were pretty prompt and they did a thorough job. The price was pretty reasonable. They have loaners available if you need a loaner while your vacuum cleaner is being repaired.
