Keith was great. Showed up on time and did good work at a competitive price. He cleaned my existing fireplace, installed a new remote, gave helpful advice and configured the logs correctly. He replaced another log set in a second vent-free fireplace, with remote, and I'm very happy with the work. Would definitely hire Keith again.

Keith and Monica Foster run a great business. We wanted a gas insert for our fireplace so all the heat wouldn't go up the chimney, but the cost was high. The Fosters showed us there is a third option at a price point in between, and we are very pleased. Ordering and Installation went very well at a lower cost than we thought we'd have to pay. It looks beautiful and warms up the room.

work was done cleanly and efficiently; only issue is that a part, though still usable, needed to be ordered and replaced and I was told I would get a call within a day or 2 for pricing. l never got a call back.

The service was excellent. Made the call and out next day to give an estimate. Was on time and very professional. When we scheduled to have work done was on time, very quick and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Wonderful! Keith Foster is amazing! He can right over the day after I called. He took everything out of the fireplace, tightened things up, cleaned everything including the white birch logs, added new embers, placed the logs back in, even using one of his own logs to brace where mine had broken....and it looks like a new fireplace. In fact, I'm not sure it looked this good when it was new. He even took the glass doors off and cleaned them. Amazing. I highly recommend Mr Foster. You will be pleased!

Wonderful. He not only relit the fireplace but he replaced the gas line, cleaned everything up and he fixed the doors. Exceptional quality work, great customer service (response time, cleanliness and service...) Very pleased. Would highly recommend him.

It took a week to get on their schedule. Keith came out and cleaned out the fireplaces and did a good job on that part. We had a bad valve on one fireplace, which he replaced with a used valve, which assured me was OK. That night when running our fireplace we heard a high pitched whistle. I called him next day and he said he just needed to adjust the pilot light and could come out in two weeks to do the work More importantly, we smelled a slight gas smell the next day after he had worked on the basement fireplace. He claimed it was a bad valve and wasn't his fault. The way I look at it is that I hired him to get our fireplaces operational and he left one leaking gas. He is responsible for testing to make sure everything is working properly before he leaves. Once again, he said he couldn't come for two weeks. So I waited 2 weeks. A half hour after he was scheduled to arrive he called to say he couldn't come due to the weather and impassable roads. It was the day after we had the big storm in December. The next morning the roads were plowed and salted and fine to drive on. He said he could reschedule me another week later. When I pressed him to come sooner, he got mad and hung up on me. Beware of the unfprofessionalism of this contractor. Any one would leave a gas leak should not be trusted to do work at someone's house.

Keith was very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. He took the time to explain what was wrong, as well as options for repair and what was causing problems. Very upfront about pricing throughout the entire process as well (estimate over the phone, estimate in home before beginning work, and then explanation of cost upon payment). Extremely clean and considerate - he left my fireplace cleaner than it was when he arrived! I would highly recommend Keith if you need someone to repair your gas fireplace.

Keith was able to promptly diagnose the problem, determine what was required and provide an estimate to repair. I appreciated Keith's assessment as I thought I needed a much more expensive repair. But he was able to repair at a very reasonable price, and also cleaned the gas log set thoroughly.

I had a gas grill that hasn't been used in a few years. They check the gas lines an did a total tune-up. Now the grill works just fine. He came when he said he would and did what he said he would. He took care of everything and cleaned up everything.

He showed me how to relight my pilot light. Remote controlled and I can set it at the temp that I wanted. I've utilized this company multiple times Helped me determine the right fireplace Very neat and honest guy.
