I don't really have to use them other than that they went to my house. He was fine, knowledgeable and helpful. He's very polite.

I am still very satisfied with the service.  It is reassuring to see how responsive they are.  Something had tripped our alarm and they called me right away to check what it was.

ADT were on time. They were quick. I have been very pleased with the system. Their price was very good. I will continue to use them.

We are glad we did it.  We set it off accidentally, and somebody came over the intercom, which was pretty cool.

I get a discount from my house insurance for having the alarm. It has remote access, so if someone were to cut the land line it will still work. We do not have the full package where you can turn is on and off with our phones because it is so exspensive. The only problem I have had is when the alarm does go off, they call my father in law in Louisiana. It went off once because of the dogs. They said that they could not get ahold of us, and that seems to be a sore point.

We have been happy with them, quality is good. No problems and all is worth it.

We tried different ones and we like what they offered.

This company is very good.?In 2002 they had a promotional offer that allowed me free installation. They didn't take a lot of time to install the alarm system.?The installer was willing to answer the questions I had.? He was very knowledgeable about how the system worked and explained everything to me.? He left additional information for me to read. An installer did have to return shortly after installation due to an electrical probelm within our home. He fixed the problem and the system worked well after that.?The problem was not the fault of ADT. The service for ADT is quality.?They are so efficient that there is never a need to call them back.? Although, I will at times have them come out and check the batteries.?This is such a dependable service and I count on this alarm system 24 hours a day. I would highly reccomed ADT home security service for anyone that was interested in an alarm system for their home.

I can't complain.  Somebody did break in, but that was a number of years ago.  The alarm went off before the police came, the criminals broke into my house.  All they did was break my back door so the alarm saved me from that.  It certainly worked.  If I have a question on how to use the panel, the people I call up seem to know what they're doing.

They installed censors in our home, both on doors and in areas which are monitored. The main entrance, including your door walls and garage doors are equipped with censor that detect when the door is open. The system also includes area censors and allows you to look at an area and detect any movement in that area. The provision is made if you have pets, so that you can detect that it is a pet and ignore it if you so wish. Entrance from any door or window can be detected and a response would be to your phone and if you are having problems you can tell them. They also have a backup number for somebody you can trust and they will call them and ask if everything is alright and if there is no response, they will call the police. Included in the amount we pay every month is a fire alarm.
