"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"They showed up early and asked if they could go ahead and get started.  They did my roof in one day.  They cleaned up extremely well.  They guaranteed their work.  Made sure all the nails were picked up.  Had put tarp all around the house.  Removed all lawn ornaments and put them all back when they are done.  Did all the extras not necessarily asked for - went the extra mile that we really appreciated.  Their crew was absolutely wonderful, cordial.  Any questions we had they answered.  Brian, the Sales Manager, came out everyday to keep watch.  The experience was fabulous.  The owner even came out to see how things were going.  They worked with our insurance company and went over the house with them.  It would be a wonderful world if all companies had this work ethic.  I recommended them to my neighbors and 3 of them hired them."

"The crew that came out was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They only tore off a portion of the roof that could be replaced that day so we didn't have to worry about tarps. It took a few days but they were very careful and considerate of the house and landscaping. We had some issues with the roof looking like it was buckling in places and the owner was quick to come out and check it out. He said the shingles needed to settle in and heat up good before they will lay completely flat, I was skeptical about that answer but he said if they don't lay flat then they will tear it off and do it again. Sure enough, they did lay flat by the end of summer and everything looks fine now.

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."

"I recently started inquiring about getting a new roof installed. I met with each company but one really stuck out while trying to pick the contractor to install the most important part of my home. Storm Maters' Kerry Klein arrived on time, actually started to inspect the roof before I got there. Once I did get to the house, Kerry was actually measuring the entire roof; first contractor to do that. Once he was done on the roof, approximately 30 minutes, I had the pleasure of speaking to him about some of my concerns. The entire quote took about an hour and a half but my concerns became his. He offered many solutions, he's extremely knowledgeable and very, very thorough. He climbed every inch of my attic inspecting it as he went to ensure he didn't miss anything. He delivered the quote, along with product and warranty information, the very next day in a professional package.
