"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

"The owner of the company was the one that cleaned my carpets. Very professional and friendly. I have had my carpet cleaned a couple times in the past and he did the best job of all of them. Would totally recommend this company. If I need my carpets cleaned again they will be the ones I call."

"It was a nightmare, Christmas NO LESS! No one is suppose to come and go from the house when a pet sitter is present. PLUS she had a room mate that came and went. People came and went all the time, the house was dirty, dishes on the counter and sink. My sitter didn't even get clean sheets! Her room mate came home and noticed the cat was not around. the room mate suppposedly searched all over the house and did not find the cat. She called Jennifer on her cruise and told her, that her sitter had let the cat out and it was missing. Jennifer called extreemly Irate claiming the sitter had let the cat out. I told Jennifer I was heading to the house to search, and I would call her back. I immediately went to Jennifers house to search. I started upstairs and then to the basement, where I discovered her cat underneath the couch deceased. I informed Jennifer and she asked me to take the cat to the vet to be creamated. Jennifer ordered a necropsy and the report came back the cat had died from CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE not from neglect from the sitter. Jennifer refused to accept the vets finding. She refused to pay her bill, I took her to court where she flipped me the finger in the court room. Since then she has been posting negative reviews to be vendictive. Check out her reviews, I am not the only one who thinks she is VERY Difficult to work with. Lies and cheats the people she hires. She accused the sitter of stealing a small bathroom rug, which did NOT Happen. The blood she claims was on the wall and sheets is a lie, the police looked at it and determined it feces from one of the pets. I worked with Jennifer one other time when she placed a dangerous rescued Pit Bull against my warnings. A man was seriously hurt by the dog. I was supoenaed to testify at the trial. This woman is as unprofessional as a dead fish, she lies to suite her needs regardless of who she hurts. She can't make her business work so she goes after mine. Both comments on here were placed by her and are LIES!"
