We offer an asphalt based and environmentally friendly Polymer Modified Emulsion for seal-coating that is environmentally safe for people and animals!! For more information explaining the problems of carcinogens in seal-coat products please view the above link in a local news cast with Guy Gordon. Action Asphalt only uses products that meet and exceed the regulations in this new Coat Tar ban. Hamburg Township and the City of Ann Arbor have recently joined other municipalities banning the use of carcinogen seal-coat products. Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable of his trade. His communication skills and integrity were second to none. I don’t know how he handles all the stress, but he makes it look easy. All team members and subcontractors were respectful of us and our home and a pleasure to work with as well.
