Grand Traverse RoofingI made an appointment for an estimate. The owner arrived on time and gave a rough estimate then and later sent a detailed estimate by email. I asked about the negative review on Angie's list and was informed that a medical emergency left him out of contact for several weeks. We discussed the light tube and decided he would do the roof part and I would do the interior finishing. A second appointment was made to finalize details (shingle color and style etc.), and aside from a miscommunication on the date which was resolved with a phone call, the second meeting went well. The crew arrived a little late on the scheduled day. In spite of winds which scattered debris and material, the work went quickly and cleanup was thorough. My wife and I are happy with the work.- Harry R.
