Most reasonable bid made among three for retaining wall, aggregate spread on drive, and loose-layering of steppers for garden. I appreciated that Chad incorporated some of my creative ideas. He fit this minor project in between two immense ones-- I waited 5 weeks, less than expected. Ted and Carlos worked steadily and hard. I appreciated their updates when I inquired about progress as they labored on.

The project was top-notch. The patio, walkway, and fire pit are just gorgeous. The team consistently showed up on time and got the job done, despite some sufficient heavy rains during the project.

The owner (Chad) is very knowledgeable and experienced. He opened up a winterized cottage including checking for leaks throughout the house and opening up the sprinkler system. He was very reasonable and I would highly recommend him.
