They NEVER came out!!!!!
Description of Work: We contacted them to get quotes on a new Heater & Air Conditioning. 30 minutes before our appointment we received a call from a "supervisor". He asked my husband a bunch of questions that should have been handled in our visit. He even quoted us a ridiculous amount. Basically he was trying to talk us out of the appointment. I cannot for the life of me believe that this individual is in any type of a sales position. Is it unfortunate that Service Professor does not know the type of people they have working for them. We will NEVER call, use, or recommend Service Professor to a single person! Good luck if you dare to use them.

Description of Work: Got a new furnace and central Air during the Covid-19 outbreak. The guys were on time, knowledgeable, followed Covid PPE procedures and were friendly. Ben even helped out with. Broken door handle on my side door.
