It was a great experience. Paul, our service rep, was prompt, courteous and friendly. He explored thoroughly the situation with the clogged drain and found the solution almost immediately. He cleaned the drains with the snake and spent about an hour flushing the drain and making sure the clog was gone. My previous company did none of that and recommended I should have the floor torn up and replace the drain pipes . Paul recommended that we not be concerned with that and he felt that the drains would work perfectly. If not to be sure and call him. He said even if he did have to tear up the floor it would cost between $500 and $600. This is $1000 less than my other company, Penning Plumbing, Quoted. I would recommend Your Plumbing Connection and Paul Gerbasi to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

I am not impressed with The Electrical Professor. In the current economy, it's borderline insanity to charge POTENTIAL customers $59 for an estimate when NONE of their competition charges for estimates. Out of 20 electricians called, only The Electrical Professor required you to pay up front for an estimate. Their spiel is "Everyone will charge it, they just roll it into their estimate- we want to be up front". The difference is that the other 19 companies only require me to pay that money IF I accept their bid for the job. The owner was rather terse, and the receptionist was not at all polite. This is not a business that I would choose to work with, EVEN if they were giving free estimates. It just left a bad taste in my mouth.

We liked him very much. We had him just once. He was recommended to us by the company from where we got our lighting. He was very pleasant. He was very neat. We had already bought the lighting fixtures and he did that for us. He charged us for that. On top of that he put up a ceiling fan in our bedroom with the same cost. He did a very nice job with that. He was again very pleasant and very neat. He did a good job. It’s hard to gauge the price because I don’t know what somebody else would charge to do the same work. He put on special booties when he came into our house. So he didn’t get the carpeting and things dirty which I appreciate anyway. He was punctual. We will use his services again in the future.

I built my house four years ago and I have used him three times for plumbing emergencies. It was not like he did not do a good job or anything as he was here for different reasons. He has been very good. He was very responsive and he would get here quickly in case of an emergency. He came out on New Year's Eve to fix the problem that I had. I have had no problems at all and he has been very nice. First of all, he was a very nice person to work with and he was very professional. He would not come into the house without covering his shoes so that he would not track anything from outside onto the carpet. He would cover his shoes the minute he was at the front door. He was very personable and polite. He would evaluate the problem before he would try to fix it. He would tell me what the problem was and he would make sure that I okay the job before he could go ahead with the work. He was very professional in that sense. It was not like that he would come in, does the job and handed over the bill. There would be a lot of communication that would be going on there. His quality of work was worth every penny that I paid him. I had been in this house for six months when the sub pond in the basement broke and I found that out when I noticed an inch of water in the basement. The water had soaked into the drywall and the carpet was wet. He came out and rectified that in less than twenty four hours so that I could get the cleanup crew from another business to clean that. He was very nice to come out so quickly on a holiday. His price would be as much as what any other service provider would charge. It was not more than what the others would charge. I would absolutely use his services again in the future as he has done some great work for me.

Timely answer to inquiry, professional and accurate quote for the work, post installation required some adjustments that were taken care of to our complete satisfaction.

Called because I couldn't run the dishwasher and the microwave at the same time withouth tripping a circuit breaker. The electrician they sent out wandered around the basement hemming and hawing for several minutes. Couldn't seem to figure out which wires went to what. He wanted to pull out the dishwasher from the wall. (I just had new flooring laid and wasn't too keen on that) And the final problem was the man's body odor was enough to knock a person out. While he was wandering around in the basement, I tried to call the main number to see if they would recall him, but I couldn't get through. I finally wrote him a check for the amount of a service call ($59) and told him that I would schedule the work later. I never got a call from the company asking about scheduling the work or my satisfaction with the workman they sent.

Daryl was there for 3 days. The first two days he extensively changed our wiring and added extra outlets and switches that we wanted and wired for all the new ceiling lights. He also made recommendations so that some of our circuits wouldn't be overloaded. We told him exactly what we needed done, and everything was done as specified. Then the drywallers came and put in the drywall. After that the electrician returned and installed all the plugs, switches/dimmers and plates, the canned lights, the ceiling lights over the table, sink, and in the hallway, and the undercabinet lighting. Everything was completed perfectly and professionally.

My husband and I are "do-it-yourself-ers" who know our limitations. When a crack appeared in the bottom of our tub, we called Paul for an estimate. We were willing to cut the tub ensemble out ourselves but really wanted the expertise of a plumber to install the new tub properly, mortar bed and all. Paul came out and was very professional and easy-going (wore shoe covers too). He got an estimate to us quickly and it seemed reasonable to us. Oh, before he left the day he gave us our estimate, he drilled a hole in our new stone sink so that we could install the sink sprayer, no charge. You don't see that very often. Above and beyond customer service. When my husband and I cut out the tub on a Friday night, we were pretty upset to find a patch of mold on the sub-floor. Not knowing how to deal with it, I reluctantly called the Plumbing Connection at on a Friday night. Dennis answered the phone and couldn't have been any more sympathetic. He referred me immediately to "just the man". Tom from PuroClean. Tom answered the phone and was very reassuring. He determined that from the size of mold patch we could treat it ourselves if we were comfortable. He talked me throughout the step by step process until I was totally comfortable. He totally could have come out and charged me a "late night" fee, but didn't. So, here's a "shout out" to Tom of PuroClean, 874-0007. I've definitely added him to my address book in case I ever need his service. Back to Paul, my new plumber. Installation day went pretty smoothly. He had a few problems with his mortar not setting right. But he tried and tried again even going out to get some fresh product. Third time was the charm and we have a new tub. I would totally recommend Paul for your plumbing job. We'll be pulling out our tub/shower in the master bath to convert it to a double shower. Paul will definitely be our man for installing the shower base and doing all the plumbing work.

I had to call the manufacturer and the plumber talked to them on our behalf. They did everything that they were supposed to. Unfortunately the faucet broke. It may have helped that the plumber talked to the manufacturer, so it was replaced for us. The plumbers did a good job and we were happy.

Went well. Left some boxes uncovered and did not remove all wiring that we wanted.

Dave arrived at our house when scheduled, it was actually on the day that I made the call. The receptionist, called 30 minutes before to confirm that he was on the way. Dave was very clean and very friendly. I discussed what the problem was and what I had already done, like changing out the breaker, and changing a light switch. He explained to me what he was going to do, and the maximum that it would cost to diagnose the problem. He explained that he would stop if he discovered a problem that would cost more. He answered all my problems. It took a while(3.5 hrs) for Dave to find the problem, and I was very happy for the upfront cost. Dave said he would stay until the problem was found, and I believe it. He was very courteous, and even had coloring books for my kids. He then provided an estimate for future work, that I will have done. I would highly recommend The Electric Professor. They did good work on everything but the sink they installed in my bathroom as it is is not very secure. We haven't had any problems with any of the plumbing. They did give us an estimate on the cost and charged us what they had estimated.

A lady answered the phone in a pleasant manner. I asked about getting an estimate for installing our new generator. She explained the steps of having a tech come out and examine the situation and giving a price right then. And then she said there would be a $49 service charge or fee which included a 60 point inspection of our electrical blah blah blah, at which point I asked to hold for a moment while I told my wife. There is no way we are going to pay someone to come give us an estimate for giving them business, especially something around $1000+. I got back on the phone with the lady to say we would need to think about it and she quickly asked what the problem was with the price she gave me, at which point I quickly ended the call.

I can't say enough great things about Paul and the group at the plumbing connection. I have a very old farm house that needed much repair when I purchased the home. I was very lucky to be able to choose the plumbing connection my first time when needing a contractor. Paul is always on time and very professional in the way he represents his company. I have used Paul for other features including the most recent which is a big safety feature that senses gas leaks and will automatically shut off the gas outside of my home. The pricing is very competitive and the service is second to none. I would recommend the Plumbing Connection for any and all plumbing needs.

Paul is usually on time, if he is going to be late, he will call and let us know. He is extremely polite and always makes me smile when I hear his voice on the phone. It is truly a pleasure to have Paul service our plumbing needs. He always uses foot covers and never leaves a mess. The Plumbing Connection services are reasonably priced and you always receive great service. Ask Paul about The Diamond Club - it is worth it's weight in gold.

They did a excellent job. They were always on time, and got the whole job done before they went on to the next customer. They finished the project on time. This project was done at a adult foster care home so that was very important to me. I will always call on them when I need work done.

I called Paul to see how much his service call cost. He was the cheapest I found. I was impressed by the way Paul answered the phone.

Excellent. It was completed quickly and they followed up promptly when I though I had a problem i didn't.

Dennis the plumber was here within one hour from the time I called. He crawled underneath the house without complaint, fixed my leak, and even checked my other fixtures while he was here. He was very pleasant to speak with and explained the more than reasonably priced bill to me perfectly. I wish other service oriented type businesses would take note of the way these people work with their customers. They made me happy I had to call them, and I will not call anyone else.

The electric professor did an excellent job fixing our light problem in the office. They responded to our call the same day and were very reasonably priced. The service was exceptional and they let us know what the cost was going to be upfront. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Paul did an excellent job with fixing our toilet. He went well above what I thought the plumbing connection would do. We had several corroded pieces to the toilet. Paul was on time, service was exceptional, fixed the problem in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Paul was very professional. He knew exactly what was needed to be done, how much it would cost and when he would be able to finish the job. Paul went above and beyond what a normal plumber would normally do. He made suggestions to accommodate our future needs as well as our existing needs.

During this process Brad was extremely helpful with picking out products that were pleasing to my wife. The electrical technician Justin was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and cleaned up well when he was done working. Justin also took the time to explain all the options that were available to us in completing the work and also to explain products and service we might want to consider for the future.

The work was great. The company sent out a very helpful individual who not only put in my softener, but then did an entire inspection of my current plumbing condition. He made some recommendations and in reality saved me some major problems that could have happened had I not been made aware of the potential problems. I would use this company again.

He was on time and I liked the fact he wore foot coverings over his shoes (ask about his diamond its cool).
