They were great. There wasn’t anything I dislike. They were really helpful and they explained everything .The guys who did the plumbing checked out everything around the house. They did a really good job. They were excellent. I thought the price was a little bit high but it wasn’t unreasonable. They were most really almost right on time. I have already recommended to a bunch of people.

The electrician was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. The price was much higher than other companies but I need the service done this week.

Excellent Service! Paul arrived promptly and thoroughly inspect all the plumbing in my home. Since I bought the house about a year ago and was uncertain of the condition of the plumbing, I was delighted to receive a full and detailed report on the condition of the water tank, pipes, outside water bibs, well connections, faucets and shutoffs. I was amazed and how thorough he was! He also flush the hot water tank, made adjustments to the temperature and completed dye tests on the toilets. Afterwards we discussed several improvements that he would recomeend and was given a written estimate for my future repair planning. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in future projects involving plumbing.

They advised me who would come and when (with photo as I recall) and actually did the original work I wanted with switches and dimmer, and ultimately with a surge protector at the box (to protect my electrical equipment in the event of a surge.) They were friendly, came on time, did the work professionally, to the best of my knowledge (it works!) and, I presume, charged the appropriate amount. (At least what I was willing to pay to have the work done.) I'd certainly call them again, and probably will. Unless one gets estimates I don't know how to judge, nevertheless, I was happy with them.

Everything went well. The price was steep, but they arrived on time and were responsive when we called to schedule. The repairs seem to have been done well as we haven't had any further problems since the work was completed.

Inspect hot water heater and look at all plumbing fixtures and runs in the house. Proposed and priced services needed to correct faults found. Excellent knowledge and service. Polite and attentive.

Excellent in every aspect but price. If they were not so much higher than others that are equally competent, I would definitely have contacted them when I needed work done. Again, except for price, I have nothing but excellent things to say about my one experience with them.

Paul was the master plumber from the company. On arrival, we talked about the work that needs to be done. He went back into his van, came back and explained the cost to get it done. The cost was high. At least twice what I expect for this kind of work. The quality of work was very good. No issues with that.

The technician showed up fast and was ready to work. I asked a lot of questions and he answered them with a smile. He was kind and worked hard. Also, he called in an electrician while he was here to look at other problems we were having. The electrician showed up fast and looked into seeing if we had any other problems? we ended up finding out that the motor went on our well outside. The Service Professor called a well company who showed up within the hour and replaced the well. Everything was done fast and professional from both companies. They worked very well as a team and helped get our home working with water again. The Service Professor was professional and cared about our family. We are grateful!

I got the estimate for the work that I was looking to get done. Although he did a good job, and was straight forward as to what I needed I think that he was selling me more then what I really needed for the job.

The man who came out was professional. The first time that I had him out, he was really good. He really went above and beyond the cost. The second time that he came out, he was more interested in selling me a service plan than taking care of my issue which he was not able to do. His pricing was also average.

Service Professor company prompt and professional. Joe (electrician) very adapt and did all work.? Did try to upsell to new electrical box ...I probably would have benefited but was above budget.

The service was good. I would definitely use them again in the future if needed.

The building code in our City requires that the contractor have a permit if the cost is over $500. This was not done. The work (we found out later) was overpriced, and they had at least one code violation in that the system was improperly grounded. We had to contract with another electrician to repair and finish the work.

I can't say enough good things about the electrician, Dan, who came out to do the work. He worked his butt off and was a nice guy to have around the house all day. He finished earlier than estimated and cleaned up after himself. Really impressive and I will use them, especially Dan, again.

Overall we are extremely satisifed with the service. Service Professor has an initial fee of $59.00 for cominig to the house. Remeber this is in addition to any cost for repair. Check to see if they have coupons.

The owner has been changed. Their price is OK. They are OK with punctuality and responsiveness. They did pretty substantial work.

We were given a 2 hour window arrival time for the technician. He arrived with 1 minute to spare before the end of his window. While he was a younger guy, he seemed professional, put his little paper booties on to protect our floors (which was a nice touch, but completely unnecessary when our house was gutted!) and went over everything. I found it a bit concerning that he just popped back out to his truck and had an estimate for us right then. And BOY those prices were high. Like $15,000-$20,000 higher than the rest of our estimates. We won't be using them again- they are clearly overpriced.

We had already purchased the fan from Menard's and Jim didn't take long to put it up. It went very well.

I called for a faucet install because I had most of the work done but I couldn't get the nuts off the water supply connection at the top. Otherwise everything else was already apart. The service guy got there and told me that the install was $228 plus $59 service call fee. I told him that Lowe's would have installed it for $125. When I balked about the price he lowered the install fee to what Lowe's charges but I still had to pay that ridiculous $59 service fee. He lowered the price because I decided to just call Lowes. The service technician was nice, but he took off with my old faucet and copper tubing. I had to ask for it to be returned. A workman should never take old materials from a home without first asking the owner if it's okay.

The man who they sent out was fast. He was efficient and he knew what he was doing. He was knowledgeable and efficient. I thought their price was high but all electricians charge a lot. I would not recommend them because I thought their charges were high.

The company is very prompt in their customer contact and tries hard to win your business. They contacted me after I had originally canceled due to a fee issue to offer a compromise. Scheduling was easy and I received an email with a picture of the electrician who was to do work at my house. I got a 15 minute courtesy call before the electrician showed up and the electrician was prompt. The electrician was respectful of my property and got right to work after I agreed on the estimate. He did not try to stall for time to pad the bill. I decided on the additional wiring after the fan was installed and the electrician didn't show any annoyance when I changed my mind. He finished the job and everything worked just fine.

They were very good. They were prompt, did a good job and gave me good price. Price wise I did not get any competing price. I will use them in the future.

He was quite good. He is very easy to work with. He is quite accommodating with scheduling. It was a good first experience.
