Job ran into some extra difficulties due to original installation but completed all work within an 8 hour day, house electricity was down almost 6 hours but all went well and seem to be working just great. Would hire again in a minute.

The price was a little higher than else where, but the service was excellent and the product was top notch.

Jim did a fantastic job of evaluating our house and provided us with options in addition to the work I outlined above. jim was very professional and gave me advice on a couple of other issues. I'd recommend Jim and he Service Professor for all electrical needs. Based on this I signed up for their maintenance plan for hot water heater and boiler.

The technician arrived on time. The technician was pleasant and completed the work in a timely manner. The work on the 120 amp service removal was fine. The recessed lighting electrical install was fine. However, I was disappointed in the quality of work when cutting a hole in my ceiling for the recessed lighting. I realize this company specializes in electrical work, but when asked if they could install a recessed light, they said no problem. The electrical side of the recessed lighting went well. The hole they needed to cut for the light was overly big. (SIDE NOTE - a standard overhead light was in place and we wanted the recessed light instead, so a hole was already in my ceiling). The technician did not state whether or not the over sized hole he cut was necessary or an accident. He did attempt to patch the hole with spackle to reduce it's size, but we still needed to go back, sand, and respackle the area before we could paint the ceiling and fully install the light. It's this cutting/spackling job that I was disappointed with. I did not expect to have to do as much touch up work. Additionally, while the technical was friendly, he noticed we were overhauling the entire kitchen and it wasn't 100% complete (which is true). Yet we installed the new flooring already. The technician made a comment about flooring is supposed to be done last. While we know that, we were working under some unique situations and the work in the kitchen that remained to be done would have negligible impact on the flooring. I thought it was rude that the technician made that comment without knowing the full situation, especially since he was hired or electrical work, not flooring.

The technician was friendly, helpful and professional and I was provided a refund on the cost of the water heater flush since it was not completed.

Courteous, polite, professional. Put on shoe covers to keep my carpets clean. Would highly recommend.

He didn't perform the flush because he said it was a leaky gas valve. He didn't give me a price on that, he just tried to sell me a new water heater for $2200. He did the same to another friend of mine, and she said she just needed something that took five minutes. He wanted to charge her $900, or sell her a water heater for $4,000. We're going to report him to the BBB.

The technician, Tom, was extremely thorough and professional. He explained everything that needed to be done and the cost before starting the work. The work was completed in the time he stated and work area completely cleaned up afterwards.

It went well. I am not at the location, so I cannot answer. Just know the problem was solved quickly and management at the location had no problems. They were glad electrical problem was corrected promptly.

Excellent work. Clean, neat, professional. A bit pricey in our opinion, but good work well done.

The serviceman was very professional. He explained all the steps he was taking to fix my problem and took his time answering all my questions and concerns. I am very pleased with the results, my new heater is working to my expectations.

I had a couple of problems. I am very happy with both times that I used them.

Friendly and courteous. They were careful to wear booties over shoes and put a mat down at our door entry. They reassured us that the water heater was working properly and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. The only reason I gave a B instead of A is that they said the water heater wouldn't drain so they couldn't flush. I was confused about that and wondered why I paid for a flush-out that they didn't do. ?? But at least they inspected it and I am confident it won't blow up!

They are extremely professional and Struve to meet your needs. We were offered multiple options for the work being done, so that we could choose top-of-the-line all the way to a basic fix, with affordable options in between too. We've had multiple techs out to the house and have never been unhappy with the work.

Tech was on time and professional. Kept the "upsell" to a tolerable level. I did not opt for any of his suggestions. I think the price was a bit high and was not sure I needed the services yet.

It was a GREAT experience. The Service Professor contacted me the day before, providing the resume and time of arrival of the technician. Donte called that morning and gave an updated ETA. We reviewed the jobs to be done and was provided with detailed options for the work. Once the option was selected, he went directly to work. He first replaced the panel and provided additional circuits - work was efficient. Moved on to other projects and completed them in the same efficient manner. Final project was the Cat 5 cable which took a bit of time but, again, was done and completed. Very pleased with the service! Will use the Service Professor and Donte Cook again when needed!

We got charged because we were in a bind and they knew it. they said the tub was going to look amazing but could have gotten something similar to what they gave us for 450 bucks. they charged 1000 just for 3 piece tub. i have since had the exact same job done but not under distress for 1000 bucks including labor. complete ripoff. We already paid 90 bucks for consult so did not want to pay more.

Adam was very polite and knowledgable. He was informative regarding possible concerns with a heater and plumbing the age of ours. He offered solutions and rough estimates for work when asked, provided a diagnosis for a current minor concern, and was not pressuring or demeaning when repair options were passed on.

He did a great job and was very friendly.

The water heater inspection uncovered some fairly serious issues with our old heater, so we decided to get it replaced. Service was timely and excellent, no complaints at all

I was very impressed with the knowledge of this service provider! He is certainly an expert in his field! We signed up for their service plan that includes checking on all major areas of our home. The company has already made calls to schedule these items, so I didn't have to worry about putting it on my calendar to remind myself to call them.

It was OK. We found the whole AC unit needed to be replaced and was replaced by a different provider. My Husband primarily dealt with them.

In the beginning, we thought the service provided was acceptable. However, we learned from another service provider that the hot water heater was not vented properly. I called Service Professor and asked about this situation. We were told that an inspector would be coming to our home (we were not aware of the need for an inspection) and if we needed a liner it would cost another 600 plus dollars. I asked why were not made aware of these additional costs, if they were in fact necessary. We may have opted for an electric water heater, if the costs were broken down, and we could have made our decision based on actual costs.. They said the inspector (whom we did not know would be needed, we are after all the buyer not the professional and should have been told this was part of the installation) would let them know if a liner was needed. An inspector did in fact come to our home and made a list of the items needed to bring the installation up to code. The items required have been completed by another professional and we NOW are required to have yet another inspection at an additional cost to us. We are completely disgusted with the lack of transparency and information. We will never use this contractor again. It was a very dissatisfying experience....and VERY expensive! Breaking down the costs, we would need to use a lot of kilowatt hours to make up the difference of the money we spent on this water heater. I hope that someone reading this review will be able to ask questions and be informed as to what may happen if a new gas water heater is installed. In conclusion, BUYER BEWARE!!!

All work was done professionally and quickly. The price was a bit high but in line with other professional electricians.
