I asked about the light issue but they were unwilling to help.
Description of Work: I purchased a washer/dryer. They dont hook up the dryer when they deliver so we said fine, we'll do it ourselves. The light inside of the dryer didnt work from day one.

I heard horror stories of people never getting decent installers for their front loading washing machines. The installers that arrived, however, were great. They took off the shipping bolts inside the house, hooked up the new hoses, balanced the machine and did the proper test load to check the balance. They knew what they were doing, completed the job in a fraction of the time I expected, and were absolutely great. They reminded me to follow the "first run" cycle before using the machine and said to call the store for them to come out again if it needed more balancing.
Description of Work: Installed and balanced new front loading washing machine, removed old washing machine.

I HAD TO FIGHT WITH THIS COMPANY FOR THEM TO HONOR MY WARRANTY. THEY WERE A VERY SHIFTY COMPANY. THEIR PRICING WAS GREAT, THAT IS WHY I WENT WITH THEM. THE SERVICE REPAIR MAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND EXPERIENCED. IN THE END, THIS COMPANY WAS ALRIGHT.

I WENT THROUGH ABC WAREHOUSE BECAUSE IT WAS EASY FOR ME. THE COMPANY WAS GREAT BUT I HAD TO MUCH TROUBLE WITH THE HEAT IN THE OVEN TO WORK RIGHT. THE COMPANY JUST WENT AHEAD AND GAVE ME A NEW STOVE FOR ALL THE TROUBLE I HAD.
Description of Work: THEY TRIED REPAIRING THE STOVE BECAUSE THE HEAT ON THE OVEN WAS NOT WORKING RIGHT.
