"Matt was great. He was on time for the job and very efficient. The former owners of our new home had 4 dogs, so as a result there was odor from the carpet in the lower level in particular. "Prompt service, very professional employees. The carpets were nice and clean, and felt great to walk on when they were done. The basement carpet had a musty smell to it, and they make it smell fresh again. I plan to use them again in the future."
