"The job was to power wash my half log cabin, there was mold and mildue on the logs,that part of the job turned out quite well. The roof was heavy with algae,fungus and moss. Most of the roof turned out OK but one portion was not as well washed as the rest of the roof, however after a phone call someone is going to return and re-wash that section of the roof. I think I would first try a chemical wash (no power/pressure) on the roof next time as the power as the power washing took the roof covering off down to the tar paper and those places will now have to be repaired before further damage occurrs. I thought the price was reasonable."

"Ashley restained our deck and painted the railings and spindles. She also repainted our front door and trim. She goes above and beyond with all of her work. She fixed and filled all the holes and gaps in our deck and weatherproofed it as well. She is knowledgeable and researches products and how to best use them. Ashley has excellent communication. She keeps you updated on the progress of your project every step of the way. She delivers as expected and the quality of her work is outstanding. "LeafFilter doesn't clean gutters, they sell and install their LeafFilter Gutter products and only clean the gutters if you buy their product. I can't even begin to afford their product so I wasn't able to get my gutter cleaned by them."

"The job was done but it is very sloppy. There?s slurry and mortar all over the chimney and we are not confident it?s properly repaired. We have hired a different contractor to re-do the one fixed by Shamrock as well as the 2nd chimney that also needs repair. The tech from Shamrock was a nice guy he but didn?t do the work; his assistant did the work and its a mess."
