"Have gutters with downspouts and pop ups. They have not been cleaned in 10 yrs and we just had new roof put on. Owner took pre /post photos, cleaned gutters and then walked me through additional work to be done. "Rob was excellent! Professional, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. I wish I had recorded all the information he shared about fireplace safety before he even started cleaning. Thorough cleaning, but the value was in the inspection. He walked me through the entire camera inspection, showed me every aspect of the chimney construction, and where there were potential dangers due to deteriorating mortar.
