"Thom, arrived at our home at the time he said he would. We received the full written appraisal exactly when we told we would have it. It was thorough, clear to read and to understand, the comps were very well matched, and the appraisal was very comprehensive. The day after receiving the appraisal, re-reading it over again, we had a few questions to ask Thom.
