The initial reason I brought it there was never addressed. They fixed lots of other "little" things to the tune of over $600. Had to load up and drive an hour back again to get initial problem fixed again. One person argued that it wasn't like that when I dropped it off the first time. Really? It is the only reason I brought it there. Now after second repair that problem is fixed but now it runs worse than before and smokes when mower is on. Charged me for part and labor again. I got them to take labor off bill. Never going back. Having a friend fix for me this time.

The service was excellent in the store. The selection and prices were competitive. They offered to deliver the (large & heavy) equipment at no additional cost.

This company was the worst company I've ever dealt with. I have used them multiple times, but I will not go back. They charged more than they quoted me and they took two months to repair it. And they told us it would be three to four weeks. They weren't really returning phone calls. I had to go in and talk to them a couple of times, because they weren't actually working on it. And it's funny, their website says they have great customer service. They did the job.

Dropped off mower and they said it would be about 3 weeks.  Called and it was all set,  Cost was $45.  I also dropped off an electric lawn mower earlier in the season that needed a new switch.  They called and said they couldn't get the part and did not charge me (usually a $35 charge to see what was wrong).

Terrible.
A quick fix and tune up that should have taken a week took about 6-8 weeks. Terrible customer service. Never again!

They did a fine job. They got to my snow blower pretty quick, and their prices are reasonable.

The customer service on the phone was unfriendly and unhelpful.  We hired someone else to look at the blower at a much lower cost, and he told us they had not gapped the spark plugs correctly.  He could not make our blower work again.  We spent the whole winter in Maine without a properly working blower.
