He came highly recommended from neighbors across the street that have used him for many years for many jobs, and also came highly recommended by somebody who is not in the neighborhood. He is really really good. He has done a lot of smaller things for my neighbors, and he has built bookshelves, but I know he also builds houses. He is really knowledgeable, practical, and I think his work is really exceptional. I haven't had any issues with the work that he has done. He is such a smart guy, and he is just so honest. I think he is very reasonable.
