How did it go? Not well. Apparently they attempted to call my cell, but did not leave voicemail. Tried to deliver but both my wife and I were out all day getting ready for her mother's funeral. They left a door hanger on our side door for us to call. We did, around 2:20. They said they could not return that day. We could have them the next day, but we were leaving at 7:15 in the morning for the funeral. They offered no solutions at all. We asked if anyone in the store could bring them by. Nope, not allowed to leave the shop. "Why couldn't they leave them". Won't last outside as their response. funny how another Florist in town - Harmon Barton left their delivery that day when we were not home and all turned out fantastic. The woman on the phone really could not care less about our situation. So I had to be late for my afternoon work to go retrieve them. No apologies, no nothing. Will absolutely be sure to highly recommend Harmom Barton Florists in the future and encourage others not to frequent Vose-Smith.
