The Pet Nanny is fantastic. We've been using her for almost 2 years, 4 times a week. She's extremely responsive and professional. If we need to add or subtract a day, she is happy to do it, even if we call or email at the last minute. If we need her to come on an occasional weekend, she'll do that too (for a few more dollars per walk). She always leaves notes, and a printed bill each week. She has an extra helper to cover her route if she gets sick.
We've always relied on her and have not been disappointed yet. Most importantly, she really cares about our dog (even made him a collar when we couldn't find one that didn't chafe), and from what we can tell, he likes her too. He gets out his energy on the walks and is happy when we come home. A lot of dog walkers will let your dog pull and perpetuate bad walking manners. Not the Pet Nanny. Whatever she is doing is working because he's walking nicely all the time. Our neighbors use her for cat-sitting as well, and she is very popular with owners who can't be home all the time. Her prices are competitive for individual dog walks. I would strongly recommend her.

It went very well, no complaints, everything was done well. If you leave a list of specific instructions, they will all be carried out, and then some

She is excellent and I would hire her again. My dog loved her and she was so good with my dog. She truly cares about the animals in her care and will go above and beyond to make sure they are well taken care of.

We were very pleased with their service.

The Owner came to our house to meet the dogs (2 Weimeraners and 1 Pug!) first so that they could become familiar with her. She was great with all of them and I feel that they really like her and look forward to her visits every day. She spends a good 1/2 hour with them, playing with them, giving treats and fresh water.

She is very reliable, professional, caring, trustworthy. She gives me peace of mind, knowing that my dogs are well cared for, while I am at work. Cost is per visit.
