hardwood floor
+ -1 moreHe is so good with his sanding machine - it is remarkable how close it is. He does all the work by the trim by hand. Fills holes, by using hardwood samples to fill in. He is thorough about set up and prep. Very little dust in the house itself. When he leaves after the job, the jobsite is spectacularly clean with no dust. I went through with a duster after he left and had nothing to do! He cleaned it perfectly and protected the other parts of the house as well. After the sanding, the sealing and refinishing job was done fabulously. The floor looks so much better, and I am hesitant to put down the rugs again because I do not want to hide the floor. He even brought me the proper cleaning supplies with special cleaning agents and wipers and buffers to increase the lifespan of the floors and the refinishing job.
Description of Work: He refinished all the hardwoods in the house - dining room, living room, hallway, and 3 bedrooms.
