Tech Metric was recommended by a friend, and they provided high quality service in the analysis and repair of my Honda Accord. Customer service provided by April was exceptional, and technical analysis of the problem by Linn was top notch. Tech Metric facilities are state of the art, and their team extremely well trained. I was very impressed that the technician working on this vehicle looked for the most inexpensive fixes first, and then progressively investigated until the problem was resolved. They could have charged me a lot more for this work than they did, and I appreciate their values and honesty. The problem was resolved innovatively, and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

I have used Tech Metrics for six years on my Honda Odyssey. They provide an excellent service at great value. Much dealer than the dealer and just as reliable. Great people doing great work.

Linn is honest and explains everything. We have always had a great experience here and I think it is due to the pride he displays. Everyone I have sent there has always been happy.

I think he is thorough at pick up on things that might be a problem. He is very honest. I have always been happy with their work. I have worked with him for years. There has only been one incident to where it was a big inconvenient, but he made up for it in price.

Went in with engine light, they hooked it up. Thought it was a sensor issue that needed software update so -- get this -- they didn't charge for the hook-up. Ran the inspection as req., found it good-to-go except for engine light. We took it to dealer for software, didn't do the trick, so took it back to TM, they found a sensor, replaced it, smacked a sticker on it. We loved them, are thrilled to have found them, will not take our Hondas elsewhere.

Great service - final cost came in $400 lower than estimate. I have used this mechanic for 3 years and they always do a great job on my Honda.

They came very highly recommended, but they didn't quite live up to the hype. No doubt they know what they are doing, but I had an issue where after getting the tuneup, my car kept stalling out. I had them look at it a couple of times and they eventually discovered that the valves where not properly tightened (can't remember if they were too loose or too tight). To their credit, they fixed it at no charge, but initially wanted to charge me to run the diagnostic. I got the vibe that they know they are good and as a result they do not need to bend over backwards to make a customer happy.

As first time customer I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Overall my experience was top notch as April was very informative, communicative, and professional. I highly recommend them if you are looking for quality and honest service. Since my original report in 2010 I continue to use Tech Matrix exclusively. I find their labor prices are reasonable, however at times I question the prices on the parts. For example they recently charged me $92 for spark plugs ($23/ea) during a 105,000 mile maintenance. Regardless of price I find the work is always done right the first time and I don't worry about my family's safety.

The work was great. They were very professional and extremely helpful. They gave me a very good price. The only draw back is that he only works on Honda's. Other than that, he is probably the best mechanic I have ever gone to!

It went brilliantly. They came in at quote. Answered all our questions before and after. The only draw back is that they don't have a loaner service or give rides. They are really wonderful people and very honest.
