 + -1 moreIt took several weeks to get my watch back but they were able to tell me what was wrong and fix it. A previous place I used just kept changing the batteries. they did ask for my permission to check it out and then to repair it. I was happy with the outcome. I do think they are a bit pricey but the work is excellent.

 + -1 moreI have done business here twice now and I am simply floored by the staff that works here. On this occasion, my son came in with an inexpensive plastic watch that had been broken. The staff not only stopped what they were doing to fix it on the spot, they also made him feel like his watch was amazing and that he was a truly valued customer. On top of that they didn't even charge him! Spread the word about this store...
