Their website could be improved to compare favorably with their direct competition, as I nearly chose a couple of competitors with similar rate/ service quotes.
Don'ts
Do not dye mats without checking with the customer first...especially when dying them to a different color.
Consider using less noxious interior products: Whether from dye, sanitization, or protectant ...,chemicals inthe interior made my throat tighten, my eyes water and burn, and also made me nauseous. I left the parking lot with all the windows down and as quickly as possible, I purchased a charcoal-based product (from Lois Natural) designed to absorb noxious and toxic chemical odors. I let the vehicle air out for several hours.
