Bob and crew did an excellent job replacing windows throughout my house. The craftsmanship is impeccable, the crew worked hard, were great to be around and treated my house with the same care as their own. The finished product is amazing. I am so glad I hired them. I do not hesitate to recommend them, and if I need this work again, I will only consider them. Quality from start to finish, taking care of insulation, carefully reconstructing and improving the molding around the windows, and so hard working. What a great company. His work is impeccable, customer service was wonderful He got right back to me and answered all my questions quickly and politely. He crew is really neat. They picked up after themselves, in fact the house was cleaner after they left then when they got here. He followed up after to make sure I was satisfied and had any questions.

Bob and his team are professional, capable, and know their craft. They explained the scope of work in clear detail and honored their estimate even when the work became a little more intensive due to some unknowns at the start (wood rot). Great end result and we really appreciate the craftsmanship. Looking forward to the next project with Regal.

I discussed with Bob the need to replace several sills which he told me he figured into the estimate. Windows were installed in the rain and no sills were replaced and there was no adjustment to the final cost of the project.

"Lynn, We did discuss the sills and I was to repair or replace them as needed, which I did on three of them. I then wrapped them with aluminum coil stock. As far as installing in the rain, a light rain began in the late morning, the windows are installed from the inside of the house which doesn't pose any problem or concern. You were at work when I finished up and left the final payment with your family. I wish you had addressed some of these concerns during the installation process."

I had twelve windows replaced which required new framing, new trim work and a second floor installation Bob and his staff were very professional and accommodating. Bob also primed and painted both the interior and exterior trim and retouched interior paint surrounding window installation. I am very please with the final product which exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with the overall result of our new windows. Bob B. and his coworker Ray did a really nice job. It was a big plus that they also re-painted all the inside trim after installing the windows, giving everything a really fresh look. We have a large picture window that housed a very large (and expensive) custom fitted blind, and once the new window was installed, the casing where the blind used to sit was no longer wide enough for this blind. Bob built a piece that attached to the window frame so we could use the existing blind. This piece blends in wonderfully and we are grateful that he did this for us so we wouldn't have to spend more money on window treatments. We would definitely recommend Regal!

"Tom, I know that you were happy with the quality of the replacement windows so that is not in dispute. When I installed the basement hopper windows, you were at your home out of state. We discussed the fact that I was installing "replacement" windows and not replacing the whole window. I clearly went over the install procedure with your wife and explained that I was not replacing the metal frame but that I would make a pressure treated frame which was screwed into the metal frame. I then put PVC window stops on the outside and sealed the window into the PVC stops. I'm sorry that you were not happy"

Contractor was rude on the first day of the job when I asked him to paint behind the refrigerator. To his credit, he did apologize later, but it was very upsetting. Should have walked away then and there. After painting one room, the undercoat color showed through. I ended up having to repaint. Felt I had to chase them to fix/finish things. One of the painters did a great job. The other one did not.
