Bob, the contractor was "top shelf" in all respects, professional, friendly, clear in all communications whether verbal, electronic or written material, prompt and thorough with careful attention in detail. I knew of him through a relative and called him. He provided detailed, written estimates. Bob demolished and removed original concrete front stairs plus iron side rails, built and finished a larger platform porch, stairs, railings and finish posts. And completed both projects in expected time frame, and his workmanship is excellent. I will call Bob as soon as I call. Afford further renovations. He is trust worthy and dependable. I give him the highest possible recommendation.
