Betty was great. And most (but not all) of the others we met over about a year and a half were nice people as well. He problem was and still is as far as I can see, a total mess of management of the office, before Betty left, she and I always schedule the next service - the reason was that if we didn't, the office would simply schedule it, not tell me, and then call me a day before to announce that they'd be there the next day at noon. I asked them again and again not to do this, but to call me to make an appointment if they did not have one scheduled, or at the very least to give me more warning, they could never manage this. After Betty left, we weren't able to get the same agent every time, and it seemed very random, so finally we cancelled the service. They surprised me by coming one day unannounced the following month and leaving me a notice that they were there and "treated" outdoors. I got a bill for that. Called and affirmed that we cancelled. Exact same thing happened two more times. I paid for the first one, but stopped paying when they kept coming unannounced and "treated" outdoors because we weren't there. They have been dunning me for more money, and I have written back, but it seems to be ignored, This could maybe be a good service if it was managed. As it is, dealing with the lack of management (and I suspect a large part of the problem here is high turnover due to bad management), I could not recommend them, especially given the presence of better-run local companies in the area. It will just drive you crazy.

We pay $120 per visit. They are very good about taking care of the problem and set the traps for mice. They continue to take care. We had a very good personnel who is doing the job. As long as we want them to do it, they would do it. The price seems a little high.

They come out every other month. They charge a fee per service. They are ok. They are satisfactory. I will continue to use them.

They run on a schedule. It is a regular schedule, and they never miss it. We have had excellent results with them. We pay them for each visit.
