Organize ME!
About us
My name is Dawna Hall and I started OrganizeME! in the summer of 2008 to help overwhelmed Maine homeowners clear their clutter and simplify their lives. I am a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), and I adhere to NAPO’s guiding principles of integrity, honesty, and confidentiality. I also belong to the National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization (NSGCD), which is devoted to exploring methods, techniques, approaches, and solutions that benefit chronically disorganized clients. OrganizeME! is based in Portland and will travel within a 30 mile radius at no charge. Beyond 30 miles, a charge of 50¢ per mile (both ways) will be applied. Consultations are free. Sessions are booked in 3-4 hour increments Monday through Friday. Weekend appointments are available upon request.

Every time I thought about hiring someone to help organize our house, my spouse wondered why we would pay someone to do what we could do ourselves. My new response to him is “We haven’t done it in 10 years, what makes you think we’re ever going to get to it?” We are both self-employed and have other things on our minds. The clutter and disarray is affecting our lives and putting the brakes on business success. Enter Organize ME! Owner Dawna hooked me up with her associate, Angie, who is a dream come true. Angie came to the house for a consultation, made some great suggestions right off the bat and together, we made a plan. Last week, she worked in one room while I worked in another. Coming across items I’d hung onto for years, I asked her what other clients do with such things (unfinished craft projects, supplies, etc) and she had some great ideas. She even told me where to take a handful of foreign coins. Having an energetic, good-humored, hard-working, creative problem solver at my side made all the difference. We made a lot of progress in day one and have a plan for future projects. I look forward to having a tidy, organized house again so I can better focus on my business, relax and enjoy life. Can’t wait to have Angie back to work on another big project.
