As talked about above, I have only had good experiences there. The only time I was not happy was with a new person, who I trust they will talk to about her demeanor when I called to say my dog was so sick we would have to bring her in to be put down. Her tone of voice didn't change and she didn't even say she was sorry. I complained about it right away and trust they will make sure she changes for the better, or they will get rid of her. She doesn't fit in right now with the rest of the staff....who are excellent.

It usually goes very well. I have only experienced 1 human error: an associate forgot to ask me to bring a fecal sample. and 1 semi rude behavior from an associate: my dog apparently growled when she was trying to look in my puppy's ear...where she was hurting...so I think that should have been expected?! but the way she told me about it I felt as though I was being scolded for it! She's a puppy, she hurts there, wouldn't you growl if you were her?!?! None the less I will be working on that issue with my dog…

We go there when we have cat problem. We have been using them for 20 years. They are not as expensive as they were when we went somewhere else. They are reasonable.  We have been going there forever and they are nice people. We like them.

When we arrived the service was fast as usual, we did not have to wait around long. He was weighed and then brought into one of the exam rooms where we waited for the vet. The vet is amazing, very personable, down to earth, knows what he is talking about and doing. He has a lot of experience and advice to give and he makes you feel comfortable and that your pet is getting the best care. He gave my dog a good exam looking at all the problem areas and he asked questions about how he was doing and if I had any questions. Then he took my dog in the back to have his shots. When he came out he asked again if there was anything else he could do for us, which there was not, so we went out to the front to pay. As I was paying I also bought a dose of front line and heart guard. The staff are all great to my dog and you can tell they love there job. They are very friendly. The price of the services and products are very reasonable (I did a lot of research before I chose this vet).

Great service. Staff are very attentive to the animals that come in and really seem to love their work. Sometimes a little slow to get into an exam room and sometime takes a while to get the doctor in there, but I think it's because of the really personalized and attentive service.

I have never had a problem there. They are expensive but good.

Had my pup spayed here and could have spend less at the spay and neuter clinic up north but wanted to support the vet I will use in the future. My pup had an allergic reaction to the stitches and they provided a no charge follow-up to make sure everything was OK. Very professional and do not push you to purchase unnecessary tests or vaccinations but would recommend them. NDV also uses IDEXX Laboratories as their diagnostic provider so I am supporting two local businesses. I will continue to use them for many years to come.
