I find him to be excellent. I thought he was excellent with the care. He knew immediately what to. He helped me get to a treatment plan whether he gave me prescription medicine or told me to just be careful with my foot. The last treatment that he gave me was prescription and I found that to be excellent. He gave me medicine to reduce the inflammation. I find him to be an excellent doctor. His punctuality is perfect. He is very knowledgeable. I find him to be very pleasant and he took care of my problem immediately. The staff is fine. I would go back to him immediately.
Description of Work: I had some trouble with my foot so I saw Dr. James Wilton at New England Foot & Ankle Specialists.

First visit... They took x ray of the bone. Suggested a soft black wrap. HE was very hurried and did not listen to my concerns. I was concerned with ligament and muscle damage. The bone was a clean straight across break. I was hustled into the waiting room to wait to receive the wrap. I flagged the nurse and told her that the muscle and ligament issue had not been addressed and Was concerned I might need to have a cast. She went back to the doctor to ask. Her reply " He said you can have one if you want, might be a good idea" Well I am not the doctor. They upgraded me to a boot. Upon the next visit I was brought in and x rayed. before seeing the Dr. He said my bone had healed nicely. And was put in a cast when I expressed The muscle and ligament concerns I had. Four more visits.... The bone had healed nicely! Still there was damage done to the muscle and ligaments that were skimmed over. I was sent to PT. This process took over a year and still having problems as I feel the real issues were not addressed in a timely manner! Had a second opinion after 2nd or 3rd visit and was told I should have been casted on the first day. So now my quality of active life is not at all what it was or could be.
Description of Work: Broken ankle ligament and muscle damage.
