Jev is the best!  I had such a hard time finding a contractor that would respond back to me, provide a quote, or commit to a date to start the job.  Jev responded immediately, and started working on the promised date.  He worked extremely hard, kept the work areas clean, and completed everything that I needed done, all at a very reasonable price.  I highly recommend Jev if you're looking for a reliable, professional contractor.

As usual Jev's crew arrived on time each of the three days. First two days were spent replacing ceiling Sheetrock, taping and final preparation for painting of two two large ceilings and a long upstairs hallway. Great care was taken that furnishing, rugs and hardwood floors were protected from dust and paint. The job was done ifficiently, quickly, and professionally. This is the third time I have used Jev and his company and he is scheduled for another project this spring. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and the cost.

Jev is great to work with and to have work with you. He is very professional,thorough,efficient,reliable,and knowledgable. All window replacement was done on the north end of the house. After the exterior finish work was completed around each window, I was afraid I would need to replace most of the cedar clipboards. I discussed the situation with Jev and he explained that there was no need to go to the expense because it was not necessary. He then very easily and inexpensively replaced those clapboards needing to be replaced that had been damaged during removal of the windows and others that over time were in bad shape. The job went very smoothly and I can not recommend Jev and his company high enough. I will definitely hire him again.

There was a lot of work to be done and a lot of it was rather unpleasant work. Jev did not complain once and never made excuses, he did what had to be done and with a smile.
Very rarely do you find a property management expert like Jev. He is professional, always on time and calls if he is running late. I would recommend him for whatever project you need done professionally and at a fair price.
